A bakery built on
simple conviction:

Real bread doesn't need preservatives, conditioners, or shortcuts. It needs good flour, a strong starter, and time — the kind of time most commercial bakeries consider a waste.

Jerry's Bakery started with one oven, one recipe book, and a belief that Beloit deserved a place where bread was treated like something worth doing slowly. That hasn't changed. Every morning, the dough is mixed by hand, shaped by the same hands, and baked until it sounds right.
